Obituary for Lewis Andrew Busselle

BUSSELLE, Lewis (Lew)
Passed away in peace with family around him on May 1, 2005 at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Kathleen (Kay) for 59 years. Dearest father of Leanna Anthony (Paul) and Ross Busselle (Rhonda). Loved Grandpa of Philip, Jennifer, Ashley and Carly. Dear brother of Bernice Scott of Edmonton, Marie Morrison (Bob) of Langley B.C. and brother-in-law of Agnes Beissel of Edmonton. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews and dear friends of long standing. Predeceased by his brother Arnold Beissel and sister Ruth McPherson. Member of the Canadian Legion, Branch 60. Lew retired from the R.C.A.F., serving in England and Europe from 1941, also the Korean conflict in 1950 stationed in Japan. Cremation. Memorial Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. where a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday May 5, 2005 at 1 p.m. If desired, donations to the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital or the Alzheimer Foundation would be sincerely appreciated. Grateful thanks to the nurses and staff on 5 West for dedicated service, Dr. Keith Comeau for his care and attention.
