CHURCHWARD, Leonard
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at the age of 94. Survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Betty. Loving father of Leonard (Judy) Churchward, Marianne (Don) Daly, Corinne Briggs and her partner Peter Milne, Kevin Le Nestour, Andrea Le Nestour, and Corey Le Nestour. Proud grandfather of several grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Dear brother of Clare (Isabel) Churchward, Norma (the late Willard) Kirkby, and predeceased by brother Harold. Len will be sadly missed by extended family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 1 p.m. Friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home from 12 noon until the time of service. Burial at Burlington Memorial Gardens to follow. Friends are welcome to join the family for a reception following the burial at the funeral home. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations in support of the care of Corey Le Nestour and others to Community Living - Grimsby Lincoln & West Lincoln, PO Box 220 Beamsville, Ontario L0R 1B0 would be appreciated.
