Peacefully passed away on Sunday October 10, 2010 at Tansley Woods, Leo Sabourin at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Norma (Tanner) for 62 years.
Loving father of Philip(deceased), Deborah Lee and her husband Fred Goldrup, Daniel, Denise (Mike) and Christopher.
Cherished grandfather of Darryl, Aaron and Jacob. Leo will be fondly remembered by brother Rene (Janet) sister Therese, sister in law Mary, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Roland (Rita) and Omer.
Leo spent 37 years with Sun Oil Company, enjoyed 24 years of retirement and took great pride in his family and home.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 pm with Vigil Prayers at 3:30pm
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Raphael's Roman Catholic Church 4072 New St. on Friday October 15, 2010 at 1:00pm. Private cremation to follow. If desired donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
