Obituary for Kazimierz Suwala

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family at his home on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Kataryna, his wife of 70 years. Loving father of Stella Domanski. Cherished grandfather of Katie Gregorian (Andre) and the late Brian Domanski (2014). Dear brother of John Suwala (Stella). He will be deeply missed by extended family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of loving and knowing him. Kazimierz was a kind and hard working man who dedicated himself to his family. He was devoted to his church and lived his life caring for those around him. He will always be known for his sense of humor, his gentle heart, and his love for the Blue Jays. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road), STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayer Vigil at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Polish Church, 8 St. Ann Street, Hamilton on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family. www.smithsfh.com
