Passed away at Carpenter Hospice, Burlington, on Friday, May 5, 2006, in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth. Loved father of John Vlasics and Caroline McLean and her husband Doug, all of Burlington. Grandpa Joe to Nicole and Danielle. Dear brother of Ilona Turoczi and her husband Marton of Hungary. Joseph was a retired employee of Ford with more than 30 years of service. Very special thanks to Dr. Voon and all of the staff at Carpenter Hospice. Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Stephen Hungarian Roman Catholic Church, 130 Barton Street East, Hamilton, on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 10 am. Private interment.
