Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 in his 89th year. Les Martin, beloved husband of Cissie Martin (nee O'Hare) and dear father of Jacqueline (Denis) Dewar, Ann (Vincent) Black. Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Simon (Ceri), Emma-Kate, James (Amy), Danielle and Matthew. Adored great-grandfather of Ethan and Landon. Predeceased by his sister Josephine, Les will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Raphael's Roman Catholic Church, 4072 New Street, Burlington on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow.
