Evanoff: John Anthony (Jack)
Peacefully on Sunday January 2, 2011 Jack passed away leaving his beloved wife of 50 years Sylvia, loving son Douglas and four grandchildren. He will be dearly missed. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service wiill be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW) Burlington(905-632-3333) on Sunday January 9, 2011 at 11am. Light refreshments to follow.
Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the charity of choice.
