PAOLUCCI, Joan (nee Smith) -

Passed away peacefully with family by her side, at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, on Friday September 9, 2016 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Gino (January 2000). Loving mother of Gene (Sally), Gary (Debbie), and Greg. Cherished grandma of Jamie Ricottone. Dear sister of Shirley McConnell (late Robert) and Ron Smith (Jenny). Fondly remembered by her niece Erin McCann, nephew Sean McConnell and their families. Joan was a long-time volunteer and member of the Women’s Auxiliary of Joseph Brant Hospital, and long-time employee at Tim Hortons serving coffee. Private Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333, on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 12 noon until the Service of Remembrance beginning at 1:00pm.
