VERMOLEN, Jeva “Eva” -
Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Burloak Long Term Care Centre in Burlington, on Sunday December 11, 2016, just shy of her 94 birthday. Predeceased by loving husband Hans (2006) for 42 years. Dear mother of Michelle Packard. Cherished grandmother of Andrew (Lynda) and David (Julie), and proud great grandmother of Molly and Charlie. Eva will also be missed by her extended family and friends. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Burloak Long Term Care Centre for the exceptional care provided, especially from nurse Renée and director Heather. Private Cremation has taken place. Private family interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, (Brant at Blairholm), Burlington, on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:30am. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Eva’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society would be sincerely appreciated. (Arrangements entrusted to SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333).
