GUIGNARD, Jeannine

It is with great sorrow that we
announce the passing of our mother
and best friend on March 4, 2011 in
her 78th year. Jeannine is
predeceased by her husband of 55
years, Jacob, who passed away
March 5, 2010. She will be sadly
missed by her children, Diane
Turbide, Joanne Hughes, Linda
Babiarz, Richard (Lynne), Adele
(Rene Lapointe) and Carole Inche.
She was the cherished grandmother
of Rachel (Mark), Monique
(Stephan), Jeremy, Juliette, Cameron
(Toni), Kyle (Julie), Darren, Danielle,
Lisa and Shannon and the adored
great-grandmother of Stephanie-
Lynne, Aurora-Rachel and Crystal-
Jeannine. Jeannine is survived
by her brother Gilbert (Carole)
Charbonneau, sisters Suzanne (Don
Nantais), Elsie (Les Sabo) and many
nieces, nephews and friends.
Jeannine was a faithful member of
St. Gabriel's Church and The Catholic
Women's League but her life's
passion was her family. Never to be
seen without a smile, she fought a
courageous battle with PSP. A
special thank you to Dr. Cameron
and the staff and residents of
Brantwood Life Care for their
friendship and compassionate care.
She will be truly missed by all who
knew her. Visitation at SMITH'S
FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line
(one stoplight North of QEW),
BURLINGTON on Sunday from 3-5
and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8
p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated
at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic
Church, 2261 Parkway Drive,
Burlington on Monday, March 7,
2011 at 10:30 am. Interment Gate of
Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. If
