Obituary for Jeanette Cronin (Coad)
Cronin, Jeanette (nee Coad) -
Peacefully, at Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home, Burlington, on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late William (2001). Loving mother of Michael, Lynn, Susan and Ellen. Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Born in Oshawa, Jeanette was an active volunteer with various organizations such as the Catholic Women’s League, in several communities where she lived. She will be remembered for her Christmas shortbread, spaghetti and meatballs, knitting, fast paced walking, playing cards and her love of chocolate. Private family funeral mass and internment to take place. A donation in memory of Jeanette to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Ian Anderson House (Hospice) Foundation, would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
