HOSSZU, Janos (John)
Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Ilona (nee Schlapsi) for 58 wonderful years. Loving father of John and his wife Katherine of Hamilton, Michael and his wife Dr. Connie Russell of Jacques, Julie Kovacs of Burlington and Peter of Burlington. Cherished grandfather of Kelly and David. Special thanks to the staff at Joseph Brant Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday from 3- 6 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Cancer Research Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
