PLENDERLEITH, James (Jim) - At the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 in his 85th year. Loving husband of the late Catharine (nee McCabe) (1984). Cherished father of Anne Reining (Mike) and Bill Plenderleith (Carol). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Catherine, Bryan, Kevin, Mark, brother-in-law Jack Holness and his many nieces, nephews and their families. He is predeceased by his sisters Catharine, Agnes and Theresa. Jim was a World War II Veteran and a POW. Jim was a retiree of Dofasco. A special thank you to Dr. Glen Mullen and the staff of C Ward at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby, for their tender care and compassion. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby on Saturday, April 8, 2006 at 10:00 am. Interment Queen's Lawn Cemetery, Grimsby.
