Obituary for Ian "Bugsy" Moran
On Wednesday November 23, Ian “Bugsy” Moran, passed away peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital with his lassies and friends by his side after a short battle with cancer.
He was a larger than life presence who made us laugh everyday and the void he leaves is immeasurable.
Ian lived for his family and will be sorely missed by his beloved wife Eleanor, his daughters Claire and Allison, son in law Dave, adoring grandkids Olivia And Robbie and countless friends.
He liked nothing better than playing with his grandchildren who were the light of his life and it broke his heart knowing he wouldn’t there to see them grow up.
He fought the good fight with help from the amazing Doctors and Nurses at Credit Valley Hospital’s Oncology/Palliative Patient Care Unit and the family will be forever grateful for the compassion and care they showed in his last months.
He may be gone but will never be forgotten.
