Obituary for Helen Salvisburg (Mayeski)
Peacefully at Post Inn Village, Oakville on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Jack Salvisburg (August, 1983). Loving mother of Helen Preuss and her husband Joachim. Predeceased by her son John Salvisburg. Helen will be fondly remembered by her daughter in law Christine Salvisburg. Cherished grandmother of Robert, Heidi, Stefani and John Jr. Much loved great grandmother of Sofie, Nicolas, Elsa, Noah and Jaxon. Helen is survived by her siblings Cecilia Brzuchacz, Lillian Edwards, Irene Tota, Henry (Catherine) Mayeski and Leonard (Shirley) Mayeski. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday from 3-6p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church, 2261 Parkway Drive, Burlington on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 11a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre.
