BETHELL, Harry Dawson Passed away peacefully at Brant Centre on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Harry Dawson in his 87th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Mary Bethell (nee Grady). Beloved father of Phillip and his wife Michelle, Hilary and her husband Gerry Morris, Brian and his wife Sophia and Nadine Chisnall and her partner Tim Kott. Loving grandfather of Samantha, Nicole, Rachelle, Chantelle, William and Andrea; great-grandfather of Vivian Grace. Dear brother of Dorothy Hodgson. Harry was a retired employee of American Motors with over 30 years of service, a member of C.A.W. union, served with the British Merchant Navy and was decorated for his service. A special thank you to the staff at Brant Centre, Dr. Cuddy, and special friend Pat Watson for their compassion and care. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant St. (one block north of City Hall) Burlington 905-632-3333 on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 from 10-11 a.m. then to Greenwood Cemetery for a graveside service at 11:15 a.m. Cremation has taken place.
