Obituary for Gerald "Jeri" Malcolmson

Passed away at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Claire (nee Lang) for over 61 years. Loved father of Kim Picard (Harold Robertson) and Jim Malcolmson (Gaye Males). Cherished Grampy of Meaghan, Jeremy and Kellie and GG of Taylor, Natalia and Alexis. Dear brother of Norma Southward, Harry Malcolmson (Betty), Donald Malcolmson and Irene Lang (the late Paul) and brother-in-law of Betty Knight (Bud) and Jack Voskamp. Predeceased by his parents Irene and John Malcolmson, sister Jean Voskamp and sister-in-law Irene Snell (the late Jimmy). Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Friday, February 5, 2016, from 3-6 p.m. Prayer Vigil Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby, on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or Grimsby Benevolent Fund would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
