Howell, George Charles
Peacefully at Albright Manor, Beamsville on Saturday, February 27, 2010, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Elizabeth for 57 years. Survived by son Glenn Howell (Sheila) and grandson Mason. George worked for the Niagara Regional Police for many years, retiring in 1993 with the rank of inspector. Cremation has taken place. As per George's request no services will be held. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755).
