PRESTON, Frederick William (WWII and Korean War Veteran)

At the age of 81, after a wonderful life, passed away in peace surrounded by his family at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Monday, February 27, 2006. Beloved husband of Marjorie (nee Hardy) for 54 years. Loving father of Shannon Boyle (Maurice), David (Jane), Jacqui, Fred and Brenda (John Buskermolen). Cherished Grandpa of 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Fred proudly served in both WWII and the Korean War and was a member of the Canadian Legion. Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 1 p.m. Cremation. If desired, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
