SLATER, Francis Kane - Passed away at McMaster University Medical Centre, Hamilton on Sunday, March 20, 2005 at the age of 64. Beloved wife of the late Christopher Slater. Loving mother of Stephanie Stone and her husband David of Plymouth, England and Roger and his wife Veronica of Vienna, Virginia. Dear grandma of 8 grandchildren. Francis will be fondly remembered by her sisters Rosheen Crawford of Burlington, Christine Hayhurst of England and many nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by her brothers Hugh and Neil Murray. A Service of Remembrance will be held at St. Christopher’s Anglican Church, 662 Guelph Line, Burlington on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 10:30 am.
