Peacefully, at the Village of Tansley Woods, Burlington on Friday, January 29, 2010, Frances (nee Baynes) Gurney of Burlington in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Alvin Gurney. Loved mother of Evelyn Naunton (Ken), Patricia Bondy (Peter) and Joyce Lavigne. Cherished grandmother of Kim (Brian), Kelly (Steve), Tyler, Dianna (Peter), Dusana (Vince), Laura (Matt), and great-grandmother of Bridget, Connor, Erin, Brianna, Jayme, Andrew and Sylvia. Dear sister of Alice Bridgeman and Richard Baynes (Elsie). Predeceased by her brothers, Irvine, Alton and sister, Edna Box. Special thanks to staff of the Village of Tansley Woods for their care and compassion. Private Cremation with urn interment at Springcreek Cemetery, Mississauga at a later date.
