FOLTARZ, Frances (nee Rybak) - Peacefully, with her family by her side, at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday, April 17, 2006, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late John Foltarz. Loving mother of Louis Foltarz and his wife Joan E. of Dundas, William Foltarz and his wife Terri of Stoney Creek and Jennie Hill and her husband Jim of Thorold. Loved babcia of Michelle, Theodore (Mari Jo), Cindy (Paul), Jim (Patti) and Peter. Dearest great-babcia of Mary, Lauren, Jacob, Kaitlen, Alix and Kristen. Survived by other relatives in Poland and the USA. Frances was a member of the Polish Alliance Ladies Auxiliary, Hamilton and a member of the CWL at St. Joseph`s Roman Catholic Church, Grimsby. Visitation at STONEHOUSE WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 10 Mountain Street, Grimsby (905-945-2755) on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers Wednesday 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Joseph`s Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby, on Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, Smithville.
