nee Amaral
Passed away peacefully at The Carpenter Hospice on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the age of 55. Cherished daughter of Artur Amaral and step-daughter of Maria Amaral. Predeceased by her mother Maria Amaral (nee Pinarreta). Beloved wife of Gunther Czerny. Loving mother of Tyler Czerny, Bradley Czerny, Allison Czerny and step-mother of Christine Worton (Scott). Adored Nana of Ryan and Ella. She will be dearly missed by her sisters Mary Sousa and Veronica Mallozzi and their families. As per Evelyn’s wish, cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday from 3-5 and 6-8p.m. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 10:30a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Evelyn are asked to please consider ALS Canada or The Carpenter Hospice.
