Obituary for Elizabeth Anne Gross (Porter)
GROSS, Elizabeth Anne
Peacefully passed away at the age of 77 on Tuesday May 10, 2016 at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton after a struggle with cancer. Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Bill, John, and Martin; her daughter, Kathy and her daughter-in-laws, Janice, Aiqing and Judy; grandchildren Emily, Eric, Hao Hao, Andrew, Shawn and Jon; sister-in-law Janet and brother-in-law, Gerry; and nephews and niece, Larry, Rob, Jeff and Amy. She was predeceased by her husband, William. A Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 1 p.m. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Liz to The Juravinski Hospital c/o Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation or The Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
