McAlister, Edward "Ted" â€"
Passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at the age of 65. Ted McAlister, loving father of Ted (Becky) and Ben (Emilie) and cherished grandfather of Alex and Rhys. Ted is survived by his mother Helen, and brothers and sister William, Donald and Pat, and predeceased by his father William. A Celebration of Ted's life will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, April 24th with visitation from 12 noon until time of service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
