Obituary for Dorothy Jean Anderson (Spark)

Dorothy Jean  Anderson (Spark)
Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton on Sunday October 2, 2016 at the age of 75. Loving wife of Ronald for 44 years. Cherished mother of Bryan and his wife Krystal. Proud grandmother of Hayden Fearon and Jaxxon Anderson. Dear sister of Elizabeth Spark, late Ian Spark (late Laurie) and late Eleanor Strain (James), and sister-in-law of Dorothy Anderson and Bruce Anderson (Sharon). Dorothy will also be missed by extended family, numerous friends, and fellow members of Harvest Bible Chapel. She was very involved at the church and generously donated her time to Samaritan’s Purse. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333, on Monday, October 10, 2016 from 6-9pm. Interment at Woodland Cemetery in Hamilton on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 10:00am. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Harvest Bible Chapel (500 Great Lakes Boulevard, Oakville) on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 1:30pm with reception to follow. If desired, donations in Dorothy’s memory to Samaritan's Purse Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
