At Welland Hospital on Sunday, July 11, 2010, Donald Alexander Henderson, of Jupiter Court, Beamsville, Ontario, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of the late Delores (nee Jenkins) (2001). Loving father of Diane Watson (Mark), Vicky Kinsella (Edward), and Debbie Gillen-Tawse (Dale). Proud and cherished grandfather of Neil (Nina), Brent and Natalie Watson, Elizabeth and Katie Kinsella and Brendan and Cory Gillen. Loving brother of Gladys Guilfoyle, Audrey Nebel (James), Betty Ann Citro (Gary) Linda Eaton (David) and predeceased by sister Muriel Harris, (2007). Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Sincere appreciation to the staff of the Welland-Niagara Hospitals, for their dedicated care. Visitation is to take place at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755), on Sunday evening from 7 - 9 p.m. and will continue on Monday, July 19, 2010 from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m.. Interment will follow at Mount Osborne Cemetery, Beamsville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
