Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital, with her family by her side, on Monday, September 7, 2015 at the age of 45. Beloved wife of Edwin Capati. Cherished mother of Shania Dynne, and Gabriel Drew. Loving daughter of Orlando and Judy. Dear sister of Donna (Tat), Dina (Joey), Dindo (Marissa), Don Don (Shirley), Dennis, Diane (Jon). Debbie will also be dearly missed by extended family in Canada, the U.S.A, and the Philippines as well as her colleagues and friends. A loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She will be missed. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. Prayer Vigil at 4 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 934 Highway #8, Stoney Creek on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow.
