With heavy hearts we announce the passing of David on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved soul mate and partner of Kathy Young, cherished son of Leona Shorthouse and dear brother of Christine, Brian, Dan and Cindy. Dave will be sadly missed by his nephews Christopher and Cameron Sherman. Predeceased by father Clarence, brother-in-law Carl and his much loved canine children. We will miss Dave's quick wit, unique sense of humour, impeccable culinary skills and his love of the great outdoors. In keeping with Dave's wishes there will not be a visitation or funeral service.
