Passed away peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the age of 61. Beloved son of Anita Boxall. Dear friend of Milena Giles. Loving father of Michelle (Daniel) Theoret of Fisherville. Dear grandfather of Mikayla, and Kaitlyn. Dave will be sadly missed by his brothers, sisters,extended family and friends in England. In keeping with his wishes, no services have been held. Private cremation. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
