GLEDHILL, Cyril Douglas (1919-2016) WWII R.C.A.F
Sadly passed away at Billings Court Manor, Burlington on Monday, February 15, 2016 at the age of 96. Dear husband of the late Mildred (nee Bell) Gledhill (2010). Cherished father of Brenda (Brian) Bleakley and Rick (Barbara) Gledhill. Loving grandfather of Eric (Jessica), Alison (Steve), Dana and Tracy (Ryan) Mac Donald. Great-grandfather of Anna, Athena, Tyson, Lukas, Max and Catie. Cy was a retired employee of CAMCO, Hamilton, member of the Trillium Camera Club and commemorated for his volunteer work at the Red Cross. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 12 noon followed by a Service of Remembrance at 1:00 PM. Cremation. For those who wish, donations in memory of Cy may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
