Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 6, 2011 in her 53rd year. Cynthia will be lovingly remembered by her children Rachel and Daniel, her mother Helen (nee Kovacs) Darrouzet, her brothers Ray and David (Laura McComb), and predeceased by her father Paul A. Darrouzet. Cynthia worked at Halton Women's Place, Peel Senior Link, Halton Welfare and worked with the mentally handicapped. She will be dearly missed by all her family, many friends and coworkers. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stop light north of QEW) BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333) on Sunday, February 13, 2011 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Private interment Woodland Cemetery, Hamilton. Reception will follow at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donation in Memory of Cynthia to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Halton Women's Place would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
