Christina Lozinski - July 2 1923 - July 8 2016
Predeceased by Henryk, her beloved husband of 60 years. Cherished
grandmother of Mitchell and Matthew Newman and dearest mother of Ala (Wayne
Newman). Survivor of the Warsaw Uprising and WW II forced labour camp,
difficult memories of which were finally swept away by Alzheimer's.
Thankfully, the disease never diminished her sweet and affectionate nature.
Her family is grateful to Dr. Brendan Chiu, Hampton Terrace staff and
dedicated health care aide Teresa for their compassionate care.
Funeral Service will be held at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 1 PM. Interment at Grimsby Mountain Cemetery .
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
