Passed away in her sleep on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in her 81st year. Predeceased by her husband John, parents John and Susan Rohring, and sister Isabelle Wilkins. Survived by her sister Kathy Hassall and brothers-in-law George Wilkins, Bruce and Ted Gallagher. Loving mother of Donna (Doug Pugh), Karen (Dean Hardison), Marc and John (Lesley Livingston). Devoted grandmother of Trevor Ottley (Danielle Friel) and Gillian Ottley (Andy Wintonic). Cremation. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 10 a.m. until time of Service of Remembrance at 11 a.m. For those who wish, donations in memory of Carol to The Heart & Stroke Foundation, Burlington Humane Society or a charity of their choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
