November 19, 1949 - November 12, 2016
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the unexpected passing of Brian McKenzie of Grimsby, Ontario, in Sebring, Florida. Beloved husband of Patricia, devoted father of Ryan (Penny Oberding) and Lindsay Servedio (Marco). Cherished brother of Bev Legault (Rene) and step-brother to Sharon MacIntyre (Mackie), Paulette Novacco (Silvano) and Sandy Matheson (Wendy). Dearest Uncle, Brother-in-Law, Grandfather and friend to many. Predeceased by his father, Donald "Doc", his mother Geraldine (nee Zettler) and step-mother Elsie (nee Mingarelli). The family is truly grateful to friends in Sebring for their love, generosity and kindness at this difficult time. Brian will be forever remembered and greatly missed. Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Casablanca Winery Inn - Panorama Room, 4 Windward Drive, Grimsby, Ontario L3M 4E8. A Celebration of Brian's life will be held in Florida in early 2017. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Diabetes Association or The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
