Beloved husband of Fay (nee Adams) for 57 years. Dear father of Jeff, Jane Rilett (Russ) and Mark (Donna). Proud Papa of Scott (Melissa) and Kelly. Doting Great Papa (GP) of Madisyn. Survived by brothers Clair (late Dorothy), Kenn (late Irene) and sister Isla Evans (Lloyd). Predeceased by sister Jean Dreger (late Albert). Brother-in-law of Bob Adams (Bernice) and Marie Patterson (Elson). Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews and a good friend of Colin and Watson. The family wishes to thank the CCAC, staff of Joseph Brant Cancer Clinic and Dr. W.C. Procter for their wonderful care. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall) BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333) on Monday, April 26, 2010 from 12 noon until time for a Service of Remembrance at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
