RAYNHAM, Barbara (nee Bracken) -

Barbara Adelaide Raynham, peacefully at Tansley Woods LTC on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, in her 91st year. Beloved wife for 62 years of Harold Raynham. Dear sister of Glenn Bracken (late Beverley) of Kingston; sister-in-law of Amy Bracken (late Fred) of Seeley’s Bay and Margaret Bracken (late George) of Kingston. Predeceased by brothers Harold (late Erma), Bill (late Miriam), sisters Edith Dormer (Late Percy) and Beryl Ferguson. Also fondly remembered by sisters-in-law Dorothy Daley (late Ken) of Fonthill, Kay Raynham (late Norm) of Hamilton and Marion Raynham (late Ken) of London. She will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews on both sides of the family. Barbara was an accomplished pianist who continued to play the piano at Tansley Woods. Private Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held at East Plains United Church, (375 Plains Road East, Burlington), on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 1:00pm, with a reception to follow in the church hall. Private family interment will be held at Olivet United Church in Seeley’s Bay at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s memory to East Plains United Church, Olivet United Church Memorial Fund or the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada would be sincerely appreciated.
