Peacefully, at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Monday, April 4, 2011 in her 89th year. Loving wife of the late Ken Proud. Anne taught hairdressing at the Bruno School of Hair Design in Hamilton for 39 years. Anne has been residing at Appleby Place in Burlington for some years. Special Thanks to all the staff and caregivers for their support and kindness. Funeral Service to be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (on block north of City Hall) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Friday April 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation followed by private interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
