Finally at peace, with her husband by her side at Albright Manor on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at the age of 70, Angela passed away. Angela's warm heart and gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew her. Loved wife of Tony for 50 wonderful years. Beloved mother of Jacqueline Welsh and Jeffrey and his wife Nicole. Cherished nanny of Brennan, Madelyn, Lukas and Ava. Loved sister of Rosemarie Moore and Brian Bristow of England. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Albright Manor for the wonderful care and attention they provided. As per Angela's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering to take place at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 6-9 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions to the Albright Manor Foundation or The Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
