WHITE, Agnes Paterson
Peacefully at Greenwood Court, Stratford on Wednesday, February 8,2006 , Agnes (nee Hunter) White, formerly of Burlington and Hamilton in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Edmund White. Much loved mother of Greg and his wife Laurie of Stratford and Randy and his wife Mary of Newmarket. Cherished Grandma of Dan, Jason and Rachel. Dear sister of Marion Bull of Burlington. Also predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth Hunter and sister Jean Theobald. Agnes was a long time member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Burlington and a former member of St. Enoch`s Presbyterian Church, Hamilton. She was a retired Office Manager with Procter and Gamble Credit Union, Hamilton Plant and Akela with the 5th Burlington Cub Pack. She was an avid curler and bridge player and a volunteer with the Women`s Auxiliary at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital. Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Monday from 7-9 pm where a Celebration of her Life will be held on Tuesday February 14, 2006 at 11a.m. Interment Burlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Tom and Agnes White Friendship Fund c/o Knox Presbyterian Church, 461 Elizabeth Street, Burlington or the Parkinson Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
