Vanderhout, Adrianus
Peacefully, at Shalom Manor with his family by his side, on Thursday, January 27, 2011, in his 84th year, our Lord and Saviour took to himself our dear father, Adrianus Marinus Vanderhout after a long struggle with Parkinson's. He is reunited with his wife, Gerarda (Gerry) Vanderhout (December, 2008). Loving father of Dianne Wiersma (Henry), Nancy Huizinga (Archie), Joyce Vanderhout and Barbara Vanderhout. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Steve (Belinda), Sandra Wilson (Jeff), Jeffrey (Claire), Laurie, Denise Kikkert (Richard), Adrian (Karen), Sherrie Dekker (Mark), Scott (Alicia) and Tracy Gerryts (Ian). Much loved Opa of his two great grandsons, Adam and Benjamin. Dear brother and brother in- law of Nell Vanderhout, Peter (Roelie) Vanderhout, Truus Voorberg (Simon) and John (Marie) Vanderhout. Miep VanderElst (Niek), Wil Prins, Ann VanderLingen, Wim Prins (Joop) and Geer Prins (Riek). Predeceased by Clarence and Wilhelmina Vanderhout, Simon Vanderhout, Sylvia Vanderhout, Elizabeth Vanwaveren, Peter Vanderlugt, Bill Reitsma, Thys Vanwaveren, Joopie and Niek VanderElst and Jake VanderLingen. Adrian will be missed by close family friends Joyce Vangeest, Sherrie Englert and Patty and Brian Huizinga. Visitation will be held at Shalom Manor, 12 Bartlett Avenue, Grimsby on Monday, January 31, 2011 from 6:30-9pm. A celebration of Adrian's life will be held at Fruitland Christian Reformed Church, 805 Highway #8, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 11am. Private Interment Mountain Cemetery, Grimsby In lieu of flowers, donations to Shalom Manor or McNally House Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
