Peacefully at the Village of Tansley Woods, Burlington on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Antoine Roland Habel (1978). Loving mother of Carole Wilson (Vasha Bomba), Denise DeCurtis, Kathleen Thomas, John Habel (Nancy Lavoie), Lynn Habel (Rejean Brunelle) and the late Ronald Habel. Cherished grandmother of Grant, Christina, Elizabeth, Michael and their families. Survived by her sister Betty Hamilton. Predeceased by siblings Edward Archer, Daphne LeCheminant and George Archer. As per Gloria’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment Rideau Memorial Gardens, Quebec. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gloria are asked to please consider the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind.
