ELLIS, Robert Lorne “Bob”-
Peacefully, passed away at Sunrise Assisted Living in Burlington, on Sunday October 22, 2017 at the age of 78. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Carolyn (nee Quinn) for 42 years. Loving father of Cindy Didero and her husband Doug of Mooresville, North Carolina. Loving brother to his sisters, Karen and her husband Ralph Fair, Judy and her husband Graham Hewitt. Fondly remembered by his long-time friend Darlene. Uncle Bob will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, also by his many friends. Bob retired as CEO with Ibis Products. He was an avid golfer and a member of Glendale Golf and Country Club for many years. Private cremation has taken place. Friends may visit with the family at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333 on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. Special thanks to the kind staff at Sunrise Assisted Living for the compassionate care Bob received during his stay.
