STANBURY, Robert John-
Following a brief illness, Rob passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at The Carpenter Hospice in Burlington on Friday, September 23, 2016 at the young age of 58. He is survived by his wife Stacie, sons Ryan and Jason, parents Bob and Beverly Stanbury, sister Rosanne, brothers Randy and Richard, half-brother John (Faye), nieces Raeanne, Miranda and Dakota and nephews Darcy and Devon. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Funeral services and visitation will be held at Smith’s Funeral Home at 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington. Visitation Monday, September 26, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 1 p.m. Reception to follow from 2-4 p.m. at the Halton Naval Veterans Association, 2444 Industrial Drive, Burlington. Donations to Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation or The Carpenter Hospice are appreciated by the family.
