Obituary for Diane Lynn Stremble
Stremble, Diane
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Diane Stremble, surrounded by her loving family, at Joseph Brant Hospital on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Diane was 56 years of age and a beloved daughter of Fred and the late Irene. She was a loving sister to Elaine (Doug) Reece and Fred (Joanne) Stremble. Diane was a cherished aunt & will be especially missed by Melissa (Jason), Melanie (Steve), John, & Laura. She was a treasured great aunt to Taylor & Lauren. Diane will be dearly missed by many cousins, aunts, uncles, & friends. Diane made peace with her illness knowing that she will be united with her Mother in heaven. A special thanks to the nursing team and staff in 4 South for keeping Diane as comfortable as possible during her stay.
Visitation at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of the QEW), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 1 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in memory of Diane to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
