Obituary for John Howard "Jack" Holman

John Howard "Jack" Holman
Passed away peacefully at Burloak Long Term Care Centre with family at his side, on August 22, 2016, at the age of 83. Much loved husband of Lelia (nee Serena)for 61 years. Dear dad of Janet (Randy) Wheeler, Judy (Rick) Bridgman and John (Nikki) Holman. Predeceased by his parents, Jack and Doris Holman, brother Ronald Holman and grandson Ryan Bridgman. Survived by sister Arlene (Susan) Holman, much loved by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and greatly missed by many family and friends. Jack was a long term employee of Ford of Canada, and a great supporter of the Burlington Teen Tour Band. He was an active long term member of St. Christopher's Church. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm where a Funeral Service will be held at St. Christopher's Anglican Church, 662 Guelph Line, Burlington on Friday, August 26 at 11:00 am with reception to follow. For those who wish, donations in memory of Jack may be made to St. Christopher's Anlglican Church Memorial Fund or a charity of your choice.
