Passed away peacefully at Amica at Oakville on Wednesday June 29, 2016 at the age of 90. Loving and devoted husband of the late Glad. Cherished father of Beth Pollard (Bob) and Jean Connor (Clay). Grandfather of Tanya, Trevor (Shannon), Kaytea and Emily. Great-grandfather of Dev and Ty. Special thanks to Maria, and to Christine and the staff at Amica. Cremation. A Memorial Service will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, July 4, 2016 at 10:30 am. Reception to follow at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the charity of your choice.
