It is with great sadness we announce Helen's journey through life peacefully ended in her 84th year on April 25, 2016 at 2:00 am with Family by her side at St. Peter's Hospital . Helen was the beloved Wife and Girlfriend to Robert. Mother to Bob and wife Daphne O'Connor , Lynn and husband Bob Oliver, Davey O'Connor and girlfriend Troy Wilson, Son-in Law Wade Primeau , and Elaine O'Connor and husband Bruce Fraser. Grandma/ Nanny to Bob and wife Leslie O'Connor, Marshall O'Connor, Earl Oliver, Adele Oliver and husband Steve Ferrell, Daniel and wife Kristy-Lynn O'Connor, Justin O'Connor, Reese and Karlaine Primeau , Dakota Fraser, Ashley and Chrissy Fraser. Great-Grandma to Ellis Ash Oliver-Ferrell and Ruby Alexis O'Connor. Helen will be reunited with her Daughter Karen Primeau, Sisters Joyce Chettle and Shirley Gies and will be sadly missed by her many friends and extended family. While undergoing Chemo herself Helen continued her love of crocheting by making many afghans to keep the laps warm for those in the Chemo Lounge at Juravinski Hospital. In keeping with Helen's wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 934 Highway #8, Stoney Creek on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 10:00 am.
