JEMISON, William “Bill”
Bill Jemison passed away peacefully on September 14, 2019 at St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke in Hamilton, in his 86th year. Loving husband of 48 years to Betty (nee Hallewick) and dear father to Deborah Pageau, the late Barb Dagelman (Gary), Holly Whitwell (Paul) and Wendy Barnhart. Bill will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren David (Jeevy), Shannon (Rob), Brandon, Rebecca (George), Eric (Kelly), Brock (Lara), Carli (Tim), Loren (Mark) and Hollee (Andrew). Great grandpa to Zaria, Aaliyah, Cole, Braedon, Sophie, Keegan, Grant, Everson and Liam. Predeceased by his parents Cecil and Marjorie (Dorkus) and brothers Al and John. Uncle and friend to many. Bill will be sadly missed by his family and friends who knew and loved him for his easy-going, kind and caring ways. Cremation has already taken place. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the long-term care staff at St. Peter’s for the wonderful care they gave to Bill. The family asks, if desired, that donations be made to St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke or the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton in memory of Bill.
