It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of our dear Tom who passed away at Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the age of 75. Devoted husband to Jane Aitkin (Nee Campbell) to whom he was lovingly married to for 48 years. Cherished father to Brodie (Jennifer), Broghen (Beth) and the late Brie Aitkin who passed in 2020. Loving grandfather to Drew, Reese, Jayce and Levi. Forever in the hearts of his many extended family and friends across North America and the United Kingdom. Tom may be gone from this world; however, he lives on in the stories and memories he has left with all those he touched throughout his lifetime. As per Tom's wishes, and that of his family, a private cremation has taken place. Funeral Service will be celebrated at Grace Anglican Church (157 Mill St N, Waterdown) on Saturday December 10th at 3pm. Family will receive guests following the service in the church hall for a reception. If desired, in lieu of flowers, monetary contributions to the Food with Grace Waterdown Food Bank would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
